I have been following the developments surrounding the COVID-19 situation in the US and in Idaho specifically. At this time, I am taking new client appointments and I am still scheduling annual review meetings at my office.

If you have concerns about coming to the office or if the situation does deteriorate and our community is in some kind of restriction on visiting public places, I would like to offer you the opportunity to conference on Facetime, Skype, or Zoom from your own home. You will need a web camera on your home computer, tablet, or handheld device but we can accommodate such meetings.

I also have the ability to produce documents for you as well, as do electronic notaries and remote notaries. Under a recent Idaho law, I can notarize documents while not in your presence under certain circumstances.

We want to be here for you and to be able to provide the legal services you need in a timely manner. Please let me know if you would prefer this kind of meeting and we will set up a conference time.
